Responsive training and programmes for emotionally intelligent staff

Solving manager issues using deep staff engagement

We are dedicated to solving the care staffing crisis by helping to create environments for staff that are so rewarding, insightful and supportive that they do not want to work anywhere else!

Care and support work offers such profound opportunities for self-development and people-skills that can be transferred to all aspects of our lives. By bring awareness to these, staff can assess, reflect, learn, receive feedback, and have their existing people-skills acknowledge and refined. We offer methods to measures skill development statistically, even at interview stage. We can also measure the effectiveness of service-user outcomes, as well as teamwork effectiveness – showing the impact of our interventions and training over time.

All mandatory care courses are offered, but taught in ways designed to have a meaningful impact (not just on a training matrix).

Specialist courses use an holistic, historical and psychologically-informed approach. These include:

  • Roles, work culture and expectations: The UK Care Sector for New Staff
  • Effective Outcomes, Steps and Motivation: Are we stuck, not them?
  • Supporting Mental Health (Young or Older People) Is it just their age, or can we help?
  • Mental Health, Autism and Complex Needs: Distress or difference?
  • Soft or Tough? Our Approach, Decisions, Impact and Resilience (incl. MCA & DoLS)
  • Sexuality, Relationships and Identity: Too complex for safe expression?

Trainer Helen was by far the best online trainer I have had.

Helen was fantastic, clearly very knowledgeable, engaging and the session was interative. For sure the best training session I have received since my time with the company. Helen was brilliant, thank you!
